Stumbling on Happiness is one of my favourite books of all-time. Gilbert uses information about our psychology and scientific studies to show how we often don’t really know what will make us happy in the future – even though we think we do.
However, this book is about much more than happiness. It shows how our brains interpret and edit information, how memories are not fixed and how our decisions may not get us what we want. It’s a fascinating book that helps us better understand how our brains work and why we shouldn’t always trust them too much.

The number of spots is limited to 10. I want to keep this group small so that everyone can share their thoughts and so I’d be able to interact with you all! If you cannot sign up now but you would like to sign up in the future, please let me know on Instagram or by email. I’ll add you to a waiting list and I’ll let you know when you can sign up again.
After you sign up, I’ll take care of everything and I’ll contact you back! You’ll receive more information towards the end of the month.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me on Instagram @paulaghete
