Introducing a 30-day series: Setting goals for 2020

Have you made any plans for 2020? Set any goals? Made a list of things you’d love to do?

I know that many people make some plans or goals at the beginning of January. Or at least think about some wishes and dreams. I think we naturally think about the future at this time.

Even though some people stopped thinking about New Year resolutions, I love the energy at the beginning of a new year! And I think that we can use that in a smart way – not just to dream, but to make actual plans so that we can achieve what we truly want!

I honestly believe that goals make life much more interesting and meaningful. They give us direction and show us the way.

But I think that setting goals and actually achieving them are 2 different things. And I’ve decided to start a new project to help you achieve your goals in 2020.

Here’s how it works: starting today, I’ll post one article every day that is meant to help you achieve your goals. I’ll talk about goals, habits, success and more! And I really hope you’ll find this series useful.

The articles won’t be long and I’ll also share a short summary on Instagram, but I would recommend reading the articles too.

This way, I get to challenge myself while trying to challenge you to follow your dreams. How cool is that?

By the way, I think we need a name for this series. Here’s what I came up with so far: “30 Days to a Better 2020” “30 Days to a Better Year” “30 Days of Goal Setting” or “30-Day Challenge”…so far, I don’t think I love any of them, so please let me know: what should we name the series?
